Rexi Rey Crothers

The Prettiest Girl in the World

Welcome to reycrothers.com!

We adopted our Siberian Husky BullMastiff from Webster Animal Clinic when she was 8 weeks old - really sweet people over there.

Rey isn’t just a dog — she’s a queen, a best friend, a howling soprano, and the prettiest female dog on the planet. Her eyes hold soul, and her heart holds the entire family. She greets each day with elegance, mischief, and affection — and every night she claims her rightful place on Kevin’s pillow, slowly licking his face in the sweetest nightly ritual.

Rey talks. Like, really talks. She howls and sings — even belting out a soulful version of “Happy Birthday” during Kim’s last celebration. When Rey speaks, we all listen… and laugh and melt.

But don’t let that softness fool you — Rey is a world-class athlete. She runs like the wind and turns on a dime. Toss a toy into the yard, and you’ll see her soar — leaping gracefully into the air to catch it. And when it’s tug-of-war time? She’s all in, especially with Wik or sometimes Simba.

Rey is the best hugger and kisser you will ever meet. She’ll rise on her hind legs, gently place her paws on your shoulders, look straight into your soul, and give you a heartfelt hug followed by the kindest, sweetest kisses. She doesn’t just give affection — she gives connection.

When we’re away, Rey doesn’t do vet boarding. She stays with MawMaw and Papa, where she’s a perfect angel — polite, calm, and loving. But at home? Rey has her routines. She won’t come in the house unless you promise a treat — and not just any treat. You have to say what kind: “chew chip,” “bread,” or her favorite — flour tortilla. Say it, and in she comes, trotting like royalty.

Rey is grace, play, sweetness, loyalty, and joy all wrapped in one beautiful dog. Her presence brings light and laughter — and bedtime wouldn’t be right without her curled up beside us, still licking, still loving.

There are many princesses in the world,
but only one Rey Crothers.
And she is the heart of our home.
